NY Crossroads Inc. is a non-partisan 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization, with a mission centered around fostering a vibrant startup ecosystem in the Hudson Valley by leveraging New York State funded initiatives. Their programs are designed to support high-growth potential businesses aiming to accelerate their traction, fundraising milestones, and to contribute to the region's prosperity.

We recognize startups need more than capital to succeed. NYCI has a broad network of angel and venture investors as well as an array of industry professionals engaged. Our community gets involved as active participants in the NY Crossroads venture competition as well as in the acceleration and incubation program. Our community leverages knowledge and networks to take an active role in supporting portfolio companies and to collaborate with founders to help their ventures become successful companies.

Ecosystem Engaged Acceleration
Our Hudson Valley program is modeled on successful programs like 43 North, Genius, and Luminate. NY Crossroads is a pre-seed accelerator and venture competition that aims to graduate 200 companies over five years.

NY Crossroads recognizes the gap in funding availability between "friends and family" money and later stage institutional venture capital. NY Crossroads seeks out companies that can be accelerated and professionalized through our programs and who are committed to being in the Hudson Valley for at least 12 months.
​
Startup opportunities are assessed through careful screening, and stage appropriate due diligence, which is facilitated as a 12 week fully remote accelerator program followed by an in person venture competition event for selected finalists. NY Crossroads delivers this constructive and value add program for founders with participation and input from a knowledgeable community of investors, entrepreneurs, and industry experts.

NY Crossroads welcomes potential investors interested in early stage investment targeted at high growth ventures. All investors must qualify as Accredited Investors according to Rule 501 of the Securities Act.
